如题:
坏处1,过多容易得前列腺炎和尿路感染.   2.容易疲劳.   3.有机会不能生育.我了解的就这些```还有什么嘛?请各位补充!



但适当的自慰也是有好处的,关键是不能过于频密.一个星期一到两次就好了!

有本养生的书上说过性交的频率 20岁好像是4天一次
