文中提到给小彤上药这一细节挺有意思，本来昨天晚上肛交时没有的细节描述这时应该有些交代，最好把阴道也一块照顾一下，这样才刺激吗，可是偏偏这时来了一个电话，把该做的事没做成，真是大憾事，不知是作者有意还是留下伏笔，期待下文。
