哈哈，你这个玩法很刺激啊，互相看着对方手淫。
但是话说回来，偶尔调情可以，经常这样不可取。不知道你是感觉要射精了，强行憋回去呢，还是感觉很爽了，再撸有射精的感觉了，就减少刺激。前一种强行憋着不射精的，就像楼上说的，对你的危害会很大。后一种的话不好说，我以前经常这么干，但是第二天阴茎因为长时间充血，会有一点疼，这么多年过去了，也没啥感觉，不知道年纪再大一点会怎么样，听说过前列腺炎的，暂时还没有。
