请教一个问题，我用154.84.5.250这个网址看网页，当从论坛里点击一个网页链接时，经常会显示空白页，而且反复多次才能打开一个网页，包括下载种子页面，这是怎么回事啊？大家有没有这种情况，我这是改用这个网址后刚出的新问题。
